Your job is hard enough. Software should be quiet, quick, and predictable at 3:55 on a Thursday with eleven children arriving.
Careful with what families tell you
Collected only when a class needs it, shown only to the people who need it, sensitive lookups logged, history never silently rewritten, never sold.
No fees pushed onto parents
Families pay the price of the class. A booking fee is a tax on the trust you have already earned, so we don't charge one.
Your money is yours
You are the merchant of record and payments settle into your own Stripe account. We are not a middleman holding your season's revenue.
Say what it does, and what it doesn't
If Sunup cannot do something you depend on, we tell you in the first reply. It costs us some sign-ups and saves everyone a bad month.
Who makes it
Sunup is made by a software engineer, working directly with providers rather than at a market segment. When you write in, a person who builds the product reads it.

The product is running real classes and real payments. We are still small enough that when something is wrong, the person who can fix it hears about it the same day.
