Stripe charges its published rate on each card payment. We take no markup on top of it, and we never touch card details.

Money settles into your own Stripe account, on Stripe's schedule. It is your revenue, arriving the way your bank already expects.

Do you take a percentage of my revenue?
No. We don't take a cut of your classes, and we don't add a fee to what families pay.
What happens at the end of the trial?
You pick monthly or annual and carry on with everything you set up. Stop before day thirty and nothing is billed.
What's the difference between $99 and $79?
Only how often you pay. $99 a month billed monthly, or $79 a month when you pay for the year — $948, and $240 less over twelve months.
Do you charge per instructor or per location?
No. One price for the business, with everything included.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV, and there's an audit log of changes.
What if I need something you don't have?
Ask before you start. We'll tell you plainly whether it exists, whether it's coming, or whether Sunup is the wrong fit — better than you finding out in week three.
